General information

These are Unifier Oy:s contractual terms of shopping online. These terms are to be used between a customer and Unifier Ltd, when a customer purchases items from Unifier Ltd through an online store.

The confirmation of the order

The communication takes place by e-mail of phone. As a customer you are committed to watch your e-mail for receiving your order confirmation. A binding bill of sales will be valid, when we have sent a written sales agreement to your e-mail.

You have a right to cancel your whole order or some part or parts of it by e-mail or phone. Your order is confirmed and valid, when we have shipped at least a part of your order.

After placing your order, we no longer have the right to change the terms of agreement.

Shopping online

In order to shop online registration is not required. However, when placing your order, you must give the requested information. You are furthermore responsible for the correctness of the information thus given. When placing your order, you will also give us a permission to add your details into our customer files. All information given to us is totally confidential.

After placing your order, you will immediately get an order confirmation from us in your e-mail. If you do not get a confirmation in the e-mail address you have given us, we have not received your order. In that case, please contact our customer service

When your order has been processed, we will furthermore send a confirmation of delivery to your e-mail.

The prices and information of our articles

All our prices are in euros and they include a VAT (24 %). Beside article prices, we also charge delivery costs. They are told, when we have received your order and are included in your bill of purchase.

Our articles are charged according to our current prices. These prices are effective for now.

Means of delivery

Your order will be send by Suomen Posti (Finland´s postal service). When placing your order, you are free to choose which delivery service you prefer.

Economy: Collecting your parcel from a postal office of your choise

Your order can be collected from the nearest postal service by 4.00 p.m. the following weekday after delivering. The package can be collected, when presenting a notice of arrival or a parcel identifying number. The notice of arrival is sent to the e-mail address our customer has told us after processing the order.

SmartPOST: Collecting your parcel from an automatic postal service

Your order is ready to be collected from your chosen automatic service by 4.00 p.m. the following weekday. The parcel can be collected from a SmartPOST automatic service using a locker code, that is sent by a text message after the parcel has arrived.

Express Flex: Home delivery

You may also have your order delivered to your home. The postal service will contact you and make arrangements to deliver your parcel.

Priority: Delivery abroad

Your order will be delivered abroad either to your home address or to your nearest postal service.

Method of payment

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

Returning purchases

Since we want you to be totally satisfied with our services, you have a right to return your purchase within 14 days. To assure an effortless and quick process, your return notification must always be sent to our customer service

Please observe that not collecting your order does not count as a return. If you do not collect your order from the postal office within the given time, or inform us of cancelling the order within 14 days since receiving the notice of arrival, we conclude that you have cancelled your order. We have thus a right to collect a compensation for shipping and handling expenses. We are therefore entitled to withdraw the sum in question directly from the refundable sum, that is to be returned to you due to the cancelling of the order.

The returned item or items must be unused, in original condition and vendible. The case of the product must be in the same condition than it was when received. The purchase has to be returned in its original package, safely packed and without any unnecessary markings. If the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we will refund only half of the purchase price.

In Finland:

According to Finnish laws of consumer protection, you have the right to change of return your purchase within 14 days. The returned items must be resalable. Please observe, that our online store is liable for postal costs only, when the item received is defective or not what you ordered.

Please remember to ask for a receipt from the postal office. If your return order gets lost, the responsibility lies within Posti. Without a receipt we can not be hold responsible for the possible loss of your purchase.

Outside Finland:

Those products that are in resalable condition. Observe, that when the purchase is returned from elsewhere than Finland, we are responsible for postal charge only, when the item is defective or not what you ordered.

The refund

We will refund your money as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after having received your return shipment.

Items damaged or lost during shipping

In case your order has been damaged or lost during shipping, you should immediately inform Posti. Also, be in contact as soon as possible with our customer service,, and we will send you a replacement.

Reclamation and liability for faulty goods

If you find fault with your purchase or your order in general, please contact immediately our customer service

We are responsible for the goods ordered according to the current consumer protection laws. If there has been an error in processing or shipping the order, we have first and foremost the right to mend our mistake and/or send you a substitute, flawless product.

When your order is delayed

You have a right to appeal to consumer protection laws, if your order is delayed. However, we are not responsible for the delay, if the delay is caused by you: you were not present during an agreed home delivery, or your contact information is incorrect, or you have notified us of a change in given information.

Force Majeure

We are not liable in case the delivery of your purchase is prevented, becomes difficult to deliver, or is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, such as wars, natural catastrophes, a ban on exports or imports, official orders, a general disturbance of traffic, or any similar occurrence that disturbs or obstructs our functioning.
